The patient's information will be easily accessed in this module. You will be able to register and edit general demographic information such as patient's name, addresses, etc. Also, you can add a patient's photo, and record location.

Primary Insurance & Secondary Insurance: Enter and access all the information related to patient's insurance, including the scan of the health plan card.

Relatives: The information of the patient's emergency contact will be easily accessed in this section.

Documents: Consent Forms, and other documents can be scanned and placed in this section.
